Sharing a breakthrough experienced by a client I’ve been working with.

Started straight out of Uni with a friend, the business has been going 10+ years, grown steadily, a team of 5, making OK money. However, the business had hit a level they couldn’t seem to break through, with periodic operational issues which always came back to him to solve. A familiar story experienced by so many SME business owners. Moreover, his greatest pain was feeling stuck ‘in’ the routine, working long hours at the expense of family time & things he enjoys, not knowing how to break through this trap.

His only lever to grow was to work more hours, suffer more stress & less freedom. 8 months on, having added 2 skilled people to his team, cash is up by 300%, profits up by 24%, back on a growth path.
