James Newman – MD, ProDoor

Sanjiv Dodhia – ActionCoach business growth specialist has mentored James Newman, MD of Pro Door UK, for the last 8 months and the changes to his business have been staggering. Together they’ve streamlined the structure of the business to enable profitable growth, allowing him to work ‘on’ the business and not stay stuck ‘in’ the daily grind. The staff has increased by 7, including their newly opened Northern office, and they now have the vision, mission, team & culture to move the business forward. ProDoor’s turnover has increased by 42% and the plan is to double this over the next couple of years. James is delighted that he now has much more balance in his life with time for his family and has reignited some of his old interests like motorbiking & golf.
